This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Italian version is the reference text for legal purposes.

This notice describes how personal data is processed for users who visit this site (drale.site) and use its contact/sign-up forms, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

1. Data controller

The data controller is Alessio Mollica — VAT no. 12205400968.
You can contact the controller and exercise your rights by writing to info@drale.site.

2. What data we collect

  • Data you provide voluntarily: name and email entered in the forms (waitlist for the free practice and events), plus any information you write in the free-text field.
  • Site usage data: only if you consent to analytics cookies (see section 7), we collect data via PostHog on how you use the site (pages viewed, clicks, navigation path), solely to improve it.

3. Why we process data and on what legal basis

  • Sending you the free practice and updates on DrAle's activities: legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Managing your event sign-up and contacting you about meeting point and times: legal basis is consent / responding to your request.
  • Analysing site usage to improve it: legal basis is your consent to analytics cookies (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can give or decline from the banner and withdraw at any time.

4. How and how long we keep data

Data is processed using electronic tools and appropriate security measures. Providing data through the forms is optional, but without it we cannot deliver the requested service (sending you the practice or managing your event sign-up).

Contact data is kept for as long as needed for the stated purposes and, for consent-based communications, until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested; absent any interaction, it is in any case removed within 24 months. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Who we share data with, and transfers

Data is not disclosed or sold. It may be processed, on our behalf and as data processors, by technical service providers:

  • Netlify — site hosting. Netlify is based in the United States: any transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.
  • MailerLite — management of sign-ups, the mailing list and email delivery (communications and automations). Based in the European Union (Lithuania).
  • PostHog — statistical analysis of site usage (active only with consent to analytics cookies), with servers in the European Union.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregate, anonymous visit counting, without cookies and without identifying individual users.

6. No advertising profiling

We don't sell your data and we don't carry out automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you. Usage data collected via PostHog is used solely to understand how to improve the site.

7. Cookies and analytics

For statistics we use PostHog, which installs analytics cookies. These are activated only after your consent: on first visit a banner lets you accept or decline them, and until you accept, no data is collected. You can change your choice at any time. More details in the Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to: access your data, request rectification or deletion, restrict or object to processing, obtain data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@drale.site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. Minors

Our services are not directed at minors under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of whoever holds parental responsibility.

This notice may be updated over time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
